Healthy Lemon

Here is a good anti-inflammatory drink ( i.e reduce inflammation, pain or swelling) a refreshing drink to keep you hydrated. Flavor your water while adding benefits to your body. Let's try this:

Add to a small jug of water the  following:
  •  Squeeze 1/2 a pineapple
  •  Squeeze 1 lime
  • Chop and squeeze 1/2 inch a ginger
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey
You can now drink to good  health .
