Hi dear, how is your day going. Today is about my favorite hobby BAKING. Before i start sharing the procedures for baking something, I would like to give you some tips which is vital in baking- MEASURING. The measurement used in baking matters a lot so nothing is put in excess or less.
v With a measuring cup : 8 ounces = 16 tablespoons
v With a measuring spoon : 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoon
v For butter; 1 stick = 0.5 cup or 8 tablespoons

For the oven used in baking, it’s advised to preheat for 10-15mins before placing food in it, as baking times are based on the assumption that the oven is already at the stated temperature.
Temperature (Degree Fo ) Term
· 250-275 Very slow
· 300-325 Slow
· 350-375 Moderate
· 400-425 Hot
· 450-475 Very Hot
· 500-525 Extremely hot
