Step 1:- Cleansing*Find a good cleanser that your skin responds well to and stick to it. Most times bar soaps tend to dry out the skin. For oily skin like mine, I use 'Clean and Clear Cleanser'

Never wash your face with hot or cold water.
Step 2:-Exfoliate *People usually skip this but if you start properly to exfoliate your skin, you will notice an almost immediate difference. Get a facial scrub that suits your skin with a wash cloth for quick rinse.
Toners are meant to remove all remaining traces of oil, make-up and dirt but a good will do this for you. Check here,
Step 3:- Moisturise*

Step 4:- Apply Sunscreen* Sun damage causes wrinkles, so its vital to use a sunscreen of at least 15-30SPF; maybe get a moisturiser for night and day that includes UV protection. Don't use moisturises with sunscreen at night so it doesn't aggravate skin. Make sure it contains Mexonyl or Heliophex as usually found in Neutrogena Products

Happy Exfoliating
Have a nice day
