Basic Skin Care

To keep your face looking youthful always, you need proper skin care. I will share with you on how to properly cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise your skin, while I'm trying this which seems to be working for me at the moment, so I decided to share.
Step 1:- Cleansing*Find a good cleanser that your skin responds well to and stick to it. Most times bar soaps tend to dry out the skin. For oily skin like mine, I use 'Clean and Clear Cleanser' ; but not often so you won't over-clean your face. Only wash your face at night to remove make-up and sunscreen that can clog pores; remove eye make-up with olive oil as a natural eye make-up remover. In the morning, a splash of lukewarm water helps remove excess oils from your nightly moisturisers.
Never wash your face with hot or cold water.
Step 2:-Exfoliate *People usually skip this but if you start properly to exfoliate your skin, you will notice an almost immediate difference. Get a facial scrub that suits your skin with a wash cloth for quick rinse.
Toners are meant to remove all remaining traces of oil, make-up and dirt but a good will do this for you. Check here,
Step 3:- Moisturise*Your skin should tell you when you need to moisturise; like when your skin is tight; be careful not to over-moisturise as it can clog pores. You can use extra virgin coconut oil or virgin oil.
Step 4:- Apply Sunscreen* Sun damage causes wrinkles, so its vital to use a sunscreen of at least 15-30SPF; maybe get a moisturiser for night and day that includes UV protection. Don't use moisturises with sunscreen at night so it doesn't aggravate skin. Make sure it contains Mexonyl or Heliophex as usually found in Neutrogena Products.

Happy Exfoliating

Have a nice day
