Sometimes is not necessary that we drink all the juice and other sugar drinks, which indirectly increases our sugar level;we could take something that will benefit our body system, something more natural. Here is a good anti-inflammatory drink ( i.e reduce inflammation, pain or swelling) a refreshing drink to keep you hydrated, flavor your water while adding benefits to your body. let's try this.
RECIPE :
Add to a small jug of water the
following:
- Squeeze 1/2 a pineapple
- Squeeze 1 lime
- Chop and squeeze 1/2 inch a
ginger
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey
